We want you to shop with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return the product under the following conditions:
How to Initiate a Return
- The customer must inform us of their intention to return a product within 14 days of receiving the goods by completing the return form below.
- The returned product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Return Costs & Refunds
- The customer bears the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a wrong item being sent or a defective product.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, a full refund for the product, including the original delivery cost, will be processed within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal statement.
Exceptions to Returns
- Opened car care products (such as car shampoos, waxes, or interior cleaners) cannot be returned.
- Items for which usage or non-usage cannot be determined are also non-returnable.
Consumer Rights & Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, customers can contact the Consumer Disputes Commission of the Consumer Protection Board, which resolves contract-related disputes for purchases over €20. Filing a complaint with the commission is free of charge.
